Cultural heritage is under tremendous pressure in the rapidly growing and transforming cities of global south. Historic towns are often faced with dilemma having to preserve old monuments while responding adapting itself a modern lifestyle, which results loss cultural heritage. Indian such as Delhi possess rich legacy tangible heritage, traditions, arts, reflected their present urban form. The creation temporal 3D models not only provides platform one can experience past, but also helps understand, examine, improve its deteriorating state. However, gaining access historical data support development city-scale challenge. While gaps be bridged by combining multiple sources, this process presents considerable technical challenges.
